Return Policy

Returns may be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns are eligible for store credit only. Please note that postage costs will be deducted from your store credit. Each piece is designed and handmade with care in limited edition. We therefore do not offer exchanges. We only offer store credit.

All purchases made during sales and promotional periods are final. Atelier BantuDesi will not accept returns or exchanges of sales items.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back. Please contact us at Atelier@comptoirbantudesi.com for assistance.

Any returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. All return requests must be submitted via email at atelier@comptoirbantudesi.com prior to sending the items back for our team's review and confirmation.

We will respond within a 48-hours window.
